What we collect

Account data: your email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and organization name. Product data: the searches you run, the business listings those searches return from public sources, presence-detection results, and the content packages you generate.

Business data in the product

ColdReel aggregates publicly available information about businesses — name, address, phone, website, and whether public social-media profiles could be found — from sources such as Google Places, web search APIs, the YouTube Data API, and the businesses' own websites. This data is collected to help you evaluate and contact those businesses, and each detection stores its public evidence URLs so it can be verified by a human.

How your data is used

To operate the service: authentication, storing your workspace's data, running background jobs, and generating content with AI providers. Business details you generate packages for are sent to our AI providers solely to produce that content. We do not sell your data.

Storage and processors

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication). Background jobs run on Inngest. AI generation uses Anthropic and video-rendering providers. Each processes only what is needed for its function.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your account and all associated workspace data at any time by contacting the operator of this service. Deleting your organization removes its searches, leads, checks, and generated packages.
