The service

ColdReel helps you find local businesses with little or no short-form video presence and generate sales material for them. You get a workspace for your organization; you are responsible for what your members do in it.

Fair and lawful use

You agree to use the service and the data it surfaces in compliance with applicable law — including telemarketing, direct-marketing, and data-protection rules in the regions where you contact businesses. Detection results are heuristic and best-effort; verify the evidence before making claims to a business.

Generated content

Courses, scripts, and sample videos are AI-generated drafts for your sales process. Review them before sharing; you are responsible for the content you send to third parties. Pitch pages are accessible to anyone with the link — share them deliberately.

Acceptable use

No scraping the service, reselling raw data exports, attempting to access other organizations' data, or using the service to send spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its data sources.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
